KDE and Multi-Monitor, how to run the program on the screen that it opened from

I tried KDE and set it up to my liking. I added panels and application launchers on every screen, and windows opened on each panel.

But whenever I launch the application either from the "Start" menu or from the quick launch, it is placed on any screen.

Is there a way to launch the application on the screen that opens?

Having spent too much time setting up google and Window Rules, I finally found my answer.

In the system settings → Window behavior → Window behavior → Background tab,
enable the "Active screen following the mouse" window
