Install devkit for manually installed pic files

I installed two rubiks using pik, but I did not install any rubies outside of pik.

When I select Ruby using pik and then try to install devkit, no binaries are added to the generated config.yml file:

I tried adding binaries in pik to the path, so config.yml has

- C:/pik/rubies/ruby-1.9.2-p136
- C:/Users/agrimm/.pik/rubies/JRuby-170preview1

but i get

Do I need to install ruby ​​outside pik to work devkit?
