C ++: creating and completing the monitoring process in Windows

I happened to see the next part of the code here .

I used the same WQLqueries to monitor processes in C++. Is there something similar in C++with which I can find out if this was the creation or termination of a process. I tried to use __CLASS, but it gives a result like Win32_Process. I code in MSVS2010.

Using the code above, I get the name of the process, created or terminated, printed in the console from the IWbemObjectSink :: Indicate method.
