PreviewCallback onPreviewFrame does not change data

I want to do some processing of images with camera images and display them on SurfaceView, but I do not know how to change the frame of the camera. I tried to use setPreviewCallbackWithBuffer and onPreviewFrame, but they do not work properly, the frame does not change.

You cannot change the preview data sent by SurfaceView if you use the setPreviewDisplay () call. The video stream preview is controlled completely outside of your application and is not available to it.
