TFS Tasks and errors. Should I reopen the task if I find errors?

When the task is completed, the developer closes it. A related user story begins to be tested by the QA team.

My question is: after the QA team has discovered the error, in addition to the fact that they are opening the error, should they reopen the task and its associated User History?
