Sublime Text 2 - Files will not be updated

When I add files through the terminal, Sublime doesn't seem to pick up the changes. I need to delete the project and add it to the sublime again for the files to be displayed. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Thank you in advance.

I had the same problem. I'm not quite sure what caused this, or how it resolved, but I opened the project and deleted all the folders from the project. I left ST2 and opened it, then added folders again. Since then everything has been working fine, the file is being updated, and again I want to save the saved changes to overwrite the files in the local file system (this has not been done before).
