The C ++ project is inherited. I am creating RHEL 5.5 using gcc 4.1.2 via make file. The project is huge (hundreds of files), and overall the code is pretty good. However, every time I compile, I get a GCC warning saying:

This does not give me the source file or line number from which the error is coming. I'm going to go limb and say that the headlines for GCC are great, so what's going on here? I have never come across this particular warning before.
