Razor in the class library, no intellisense

I am trying to include razor (cshtml) files in a class library that will be included in a separate MVC4 project. Everything works for me, except that intellisense seems to be absent for certain types, in particular System.Web.Helpers.Json, although there may be others that I have not yet discovered. My problem may be related to Razor views: Intellisense does not work with C # 3 for class libraries , but it is not exactly the same. Here is an example from my kind of razor:

When I initially open the razor file, I will see a few warnings about several types of errors:

• The type or namespace name "dynamic" could not be found (can't you see the assembly?)
