JAVA library for video conferencing and how to use libjitsi?

In the case of a project, we need to create a video conference connection with two Linux PCs. We are looking for a library in JAVA for this. We found the libJitsi database on Jitsi software, transferred from XMPP / Jingle. I did not come to run their example, which consists of these two classes:

There is some documentation and it seems a bit fuzzy. Does anyone know this library? or does he know an alternative for video conferencing in JAVA?
