How to create json string using c #?

I am new to json format. I want to create the following json line using C # and the json.net package.

This is my target Json format:

  "GetQuestions": 
  {
    "s1":"Q1,Q2",
    "s2":"Q1,Q3",
    "s3":"Q4,Q5"
  }
}

Here I store the answers to each student question. But sometimes the total number of students can be different. For example, it can only be s1, s2 or s1, s2, s3, s4 .... This is computed at runtime in C #. So, I want to create a json string depending on the list of students ....

Please help me out of this problem?

json is odd, it, like students, is a property of a GetQuestion object, it must be easy to be a list .....
