IOS Developer Program: Individual Company

This may seem like a trivial matter. I need to know if I will register my company in the framework of iOS Developer Program: Company , worth $ 99, and now I can add developers under the same company.

My question is: do these iOS Developer Program developers need : individuals worth $ 99 separately? Or just a simple Apple ID will be enough ??

EDIT: So, in essence, I need to pay $ 99 (company) + $ 99 (individual). Another question: how many devices can I connect using the IOS Developer Program?

Each developer will use their free Apple ID and join your team with a subscription to your company. Thus, you are "only 99 dollars a year for your entire team."

You can use an account with 100 devices

To add them to the company, they will need developer accounts. However, you can simply use your company account and connect up to 100 devices to it for testing and certificate sharing for all developers.
