Can I integrate the WSO2 management registry and the enterprise service bus (ESB)?

We use WSO2 tools for our SOA. We are exploring the possibility of using Registry Governance to manage existing services. I wonder if someone has already done integration with Registry Governance and ESB, so that services are built on only one tool for another and are replicated.
