'Error -2147467259: Failed to create SQL database in WiX

I want to create a database during the installation using WiX 3.6. I followed a lot of textbooks, but I think I'm doing something wrong.

We pursued this error for a week before finally resolving it by going to SQL Server & Configuration Manager → SQL Server Configuration → Protocols for MSSQLSERVER (for us, the default instance) → Enabling Named Pipes and TCP / IP Protocols.

Summary:

So, after several hours of trying to figure out what the deal is. In the case of this error, this was due to the amount of free space on the hard disk. Since SQL Server was in production, we were unable to expand the C drive to verify that this was fixed by default.
