Any open source alternatives for Dreamweaver using WebDav?

Question

We would like to use WebDav to work with our templates, and we cannot use Dreamweaver. Any suggestions?

Any text editor should do the job here - I would recommend Sublime Text 2 or Notepad ++

As long as you have the path to WebDav displayed as a network drive, you should be good to go.
