QuickBooks Online Apps - Supported Countries

I don’t see anywhere in the Intuit Partner Platform documentation explaining in which countries my application will be available or version restrictions used in international countries.

A QuickBooks Online sales representative told me that "not all programs running in the US application editor will work in international countries."

I am particularly interested to know if users from Canada, Jamaica, the UK, India, and Australia can use my application if it is published in the Intuit Application Center here in the USA.
