I am using TortoiseSVN. As shown here , I can use Create patch, and Apply patchfor changed files, and it works fine.
However, when deleting, renaming, or moving certain files, select Create patch. The patch file is empty.
Someone will ask here , but the answers are not satisfactory. Also, I don't want command line solutions.
Suppose I create a ticket in which the owner of the source can delete, rename, or move some files. How to overcome this problem?
