Insufficient privileges when updating help files in Visual Studio 2012

I have Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate, and I downloaded Visual Studio 2012 ISO from MSDN. When trying to install the documentation:

I open Visual Studio as administrator

Visual Studio Open As Admin

Follow these instructions for the ReadMe installation file.

In the menu bar for Visual Studio 2012, select Help, Add and Remove Help Contents.

Help Viewer 2.0 launches, displaying the Content Management tab. On the "Content Management" tab, select the "Drive" button, select Browse (...), and then go to the DVD drive.

Select the helpcontentsetup.msha file, and then click the "Open" button.

The last thing you need to enter in Microsoft Help Viewer 2.1 and say that the new power station is the one where we copy the contents of ISO ( D:\T\helpcontentsetup.msha). The rest just install books.
