WebAPI, oData and RavenDb - gives an error for $ top and $ skip

I use WebAPI to return a collection of core provider objects from RavenDb

Supplier Class:

public class Supplier
{
    public string Id { get; set; }
    public string Title { get; set; }
}

WebAPI Method:

[Queryable]
public IQueryable<Supplier> Get()
{
    using (var session = _store.OpenSession())
    {
        return session.Query<Supplier>();
    }
}

When I call http://localhost:8083/api/suppliers?$orderby=Id%20descor http://localhost:8083/api/suppliers?$filter=Title%20eq%20'Test' everything works fine. However, when I use $ top or $ skip, I get an exception:

Cannot pass an object of type "System.Linq.Expressions.PropertyExpression" to enter "System.Linq.Expressions.ConstantExpression".

If I return the entire collection to memory using ToList (), it works fine, so it looks like a problem with deferred query execution using RavenDb.

I am using the latest stable version of RavenDb.Client 2.0.2.2261.

Has anyone else had this problem or does it have a solution?
