Basecamp API using cURL and PHP

I am trying to connect to basecamp api (json) using PHP + cURL, but all my attempts have failed, and I'm not sure why. The ultimate goal is to create a dashboard that displays information from basecamp projects to team members via http.

I am working on a very similar project as you are now. You must first create the Basecamp application. The lower the code should be connected:
