WPF list item background color

I want to change the background color of a ListBoxItem

After searching, I decided to use this

        <ListBox.Resources>

When the listboxitem is focused, the background will be blue as expected, but when the selected listboxitem loses focus, the background turns gray. How to make the background stay blue when it loses focus?

if you mean only when its selected but inactive request InactiveSelectionHighlightBrushKey
