Static const char [] in streaming class security?

Are static constclass threads safe? The code below is trailingBytesForUTF8, which is an array of characters static const. There can be many threads having their own instance of a class object CConvertUTF. Will there be any problems with volatile state when multiple threads access the same array trailingBytesForUTF8at the same time or any other problems with threads? Also note that threads will never share the same instance of a class object CConvertUTF.
