Use a different (non-English) web service to check spelling CKEditor

I find webspellchecker.net as a very useful tool, but unfortunately webspellchecker.net does not offer it for my language. I recently found a spell checker for my language (Cuzco Quechua) with which I can connect to it through a web service.

Now I need to find a way to integrate it with CKEditor. So how can I do this? Is there a plugin that allows me to do something like this?
