Positioning egnos on an Android device

In order to have accurate accuracy in the Android application I am creating, I would like to use Egnos positioning. I looked at the test application and SDK, but it seems that an external Bluetooth antenna is required. Is there a way to make it work on an Android device without any additional material? Perhaps some devices are fully compatible with enos / waas?

Reading their document, I also saw that they use R&D algorythms to improve accuracy (even if this is not included in the official recommendation). Can these improvements be used without egnos, just using a regular Android android?
