I am having difficulty connecting to my MS SQL Server and I cannot find a tutorial or answer how to do this, although I think this should be something pretty standard.

But I can not connect to SQL Server. In mine, Configuration Tools\SQL Server Configuration ManagerI see this when I open it:
I installed in Enableeverything TCP\IPand Named Pipes(just saw that this could be a problem), and in the properties SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)from the services I see this:
