The paypal sandbox does not work

I use the PayPal sandbox to make test payments. It has worked perfectly since the last 3-4 months. But I see that they are making changes to the design of the sandbox, how to manage test email accounts, etc.

They disabled my actual sandbox account and asked me to log in using a real PayPal account. So I created a new sandbox account ( https://developer.paypal.com/ ) using my PayPal account. I imported test emails from my old sandbox account and started making test payments. But that did not work. I deleted all the imported test emails and created some new test emails. But that also didn't work.

Before opening your browser, clear all your cookies and cache in your browser. There were some problems with having cookies from the old developer site and using the new developer site. There are also more problems with IE than with Firefox and Chrome. So you can try using Firefox or Chrome, but make sure you clear your cookies and cache before opening your browser and going to developer.paypal.com.
