Difference between the iOS Developer Program ($ 99 per year) and the Enterprise Developer Enterprise Program ($ 299 per year)?

I want to know what distinguishes the iOS program and the corporate iOS program and how to publish my application in the corporate iOS program. What products are available, I downloaded my other applications in the iOS Developer Program (Appstore), but I don’t know how to publish to the Enterprise Program. Can anyone help me out?
