How to resolve this unsatisfied agent requirement: "DotNetFramework4.0_x86 exists"?

Question

We tried all the options below, but it does not work.

We are using Visual Studio 2012 and Jetbrains Teamcity version 7.1

When setting up the agent, I selected the runnert type as VisualStudio (sln), and when I configure and start the agent, it says

Unmet requirements:DotNetFramework4.5_x86 exists

I looked through all the steps described in the blogs mentioned below and it did not help. Please suggest me if any new solution is in place.

Visual Studio 2010 (.net 4.0), Visual Studio 2012, , .net 4.5. .net 4.5 ? .net 4.5, , 4.5, 4.5, ( vs2010?).
