I am trying to create a dimension for a source of customer preferences from multiple tables.
Example source tables:
I already have Dim Customer built, and now I need to design a customer preference parameter. The new dimension will be SCD1; always having the latest wishes of customers. But this client can have several combinations.
Now my question is: is it good to design a dimension for each preference table, I should get all the customer preference attributes in one size table, as shown below:
The selected columns will make the customer a unique preference. * Customer may have several preferences.
