Recently, I started developing some simple opengl es 2.0 android applications, and I have a problem with animation speed. The average fps is always 60 (measured every 100 frames), but sometimes the animation stutters for a very short period of time. This happens even when displaying a single triangle. I do not make any selections when the animation continues and there are no GC events in the logarithm during the animation.
