P on outgoing changes to Synchronize view eclipse

I made some changes to the files in the file system and synchronized with SVN from the eclipse workspace and noticed this “p” character with some outgoing changes. I have never seen this before and confused what it means and when it is shown.

Was there a Google search but found nothing. I just want to know what this means and in what scenarios this happens.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

A property change icon means that the properties of the local or repository have been changed.
