IOS profile profile error

I am currently having problems preparing profiles in the dev center. In the past, I was able to successfully create and deploy applications in internal application stores and on multiple devices. I never had a problem trying to sign my applications. However, since the last update on the dev portal, I could not create new provisioning profiles, which becomes a big problem.

I successfully created the application id com.xx.USApp and created a certificate for it: com.xx.USApp in the same way as in all my other applications in the past. However, when I go to "Provisioning Profiles", I cannot create a profile for any application identifier (even for previous applications). When I try, I can select the application identifier, and then the following message appears on the next screen: http://i.imgur.com/grEcut5.png

I need to create a certificate that I already made - as you can see here: http://i.imgur.com/ouW7LKo.png

I even tried to make additional ones through the links that they provided to me, however, whenever I return to the Provisioning tab, the same message appears. Previously, they brought me into this dialog: http://i.imgur.com/QnP5X3s.png , which then gave me a list of all my certificate files. I am wondering if this is a mistake in updating them and how I can solve this problem.

Thank!

There was a problem with their servers when trying to create security profiles. Since then they have fixed this problem.
