Is Java DMK (or OpenDMK) still supported by Oracle?

Is the Java DMK (Dynamic Management Kit) still supported by Oracle? I tried to find links to JDMK on the Oracle website, and all I could find was documentation / tutorial on how to use it, without a link to the product page.

I know about OpenDMK, but it also seems to have not been developed last year. I am trying to switch from Jingle JMXRemote to a new cascading API and do not want to use more redundant technologies.

It depends on what you mean by "support." If you need support in the normal sense, you should contact Oracle support representatives and ask them. However, given that JDMK is no longer showing up as an Oracle product, I think the answer is likely to be "No."

If you really ask if there is any likelihood of further development of JDMK or OpenJDMK, I would say that it looks rather unlikely 1 . It is best to ask Daniel Fuchs directly ... using the contact information on the openjdmk project website.
