Unknown chrome error: -6: Sencha and telephone delay

I am making an application in Sencha-touch and phone conversation and need your help. I successfully executed my application on an emulator (Android 2.1, 4.1) using eclipse. I successfully executed my application on a samsung phone (Android 2.3.3), but when I launched it on the Galaxy tab of the Samsung 10.1 (this is Android 4.1.4), it just shows a white screen.

Also, on Android 4.0.3 emulator, I get a white screen with the following logcat file:

To make it work in different versions of android, add the code to the header of your HTML file before any other javascript.
