Change the default folder in Google Drive to start root? (D :)

Question

How can I change the location of the default Google Drive folder in the root directory? In this case, D :?

Where in regedit or in the configuration file is this information stored? Somebody knows?

This is what I found somewhere.

Log out of your account and the next time you log in, an advanced setting will appear on page 2, which will allow you to change the location.

I found this http://comixie.com/change-the-google-drive-default-folder-on-mac/ . I believe this is almost the same from version to version. Log out, move the folder, log back in and change the location of the folder.
