Deploy on tc server in Idea

I try to run my application in Idea using the tc Server Idea plugin and get the following log

Can someone describe what the problem is? I cannot fully understand how to configure users and roles on the tc server.

UPDATE

The above problem is solved by including jmx. But now there is another problem
