This seems to be a Facebook developers error.

Someone asked the same question here , and the facebook engineer answered:

The warning came out by mistake, and we are working on cleaning it. You can ignore it.

So, I think that if you ask for only the most necessary permissions at the first login and don’t mix the types of permissions (read and write) in the same request, this will solve your problem.
