I understand a lot about this issue. This week I asked a related question . The most useful and relevant links in this area are this and this . I want to understand how this works and that’s all if it is implemented as a screen replacement application.
Quick questions:
- If implemented, which screen should be installed by default? Does our home screen replace or the original home screen?
Please read the comments after answering this question where the finder figured out how to do this. At the end he says:
"It turned out that you need to turn off the manifest intent filter using setComponentEnabledSetting (), and then turn it back on when the action pops up. Thanks for your help!"
What exactly does this mean? I do not quite understand the logic here. Please help?
- Basically, I have the same doubts as this scam (see comments below @CoffeeCrisp answer). But I can’t understand the solution and what exactly happened here. Please help?
Thank.
Edit: Please do not reduce it. If improvement is required on my part, please suggest a comment so that I can make changes. Thank.
