How to show the current location at the bottom of the iOS map in compass mode?

I have an iPhone map application. I ran into a problem that I want to show my current location in the center of the bottom of the screen, and also that I added compass mode so that I can only see places / people in the direction of my head.

When we rotate the phone, the map will rotate relative to the center of the screen, but I want to rotate the map relative to the lower center of the screen
