Copy all change lists when merging in Perforce?

I work with the “my” Perforce branch to fix some minor code issues. From time to time, I integrate with another branch ("main").

I write extensive changelogs every time I take on "my" branch. When I integrate, I would like the shift description ("my-> main") to be the list of lists that I wrote for all the change lists in the "my" branch since the last merge.

Is it possible?
