I recognized Yii and Laravel v4. In my opinion, only 2 are good.
Yii - Really nice and old structure with many ready-made libraries.
Laravel 4 is a new structure, better than yii, new modern and better solutions. But there are still few ready-made libraries.
I moved to Laravel 4, beucase, I think this is the best structure for this day. It is light and elegant.
If I were you, I would recognize one of the two that I wrote. Because I choose Laravel 4 after learning Yii, I recommend Laravel.
