MP4 is not supported in JavaFX?

So, I recently started working with JavaFX to try to insert video and audio into my java programs. Audio works fine, but for some reason every time I try to play a video file, it throws a MEDIA_UNSUPPORTED exception. I read and saw that the video file must be MP4 (as it is), so I tried to convert it to another type, and then convert it to MP4 (H.264 and AAC) with several different converters and nothing changes.

The error occurs in the line where the Media object (the beginning of the constructor) is initialized. I have a complete loss to understand what the problem is. I saw questions about playing sound, but the video does not appear, but it does not even do this for me ...
