Scrum, but without testing or documentation

What do you do when you join a team that says it uses Scrum, but use it only as a time management tool, not the whole process? How to restore retesting and documentation?

I thought to start by adding custom stories, specifically for testing and documentation. Perhaps someone has more experience with this, then I do it, because I'm sure it is not so rare.

The problem is that they do not have documentation and tests, or that they do not implement the entire Scrum methodology? These are two different problems in my mind.

IT does nothing but coercion. So, get acquainted with users and find out why they do not require testing. The trainer must require testing. Tell them the consequences and words to use.

Many can be mistaken in the organization to lead to bad processes. It is important to know what is wrong and create a demand for change. It is best that your boss complains that you are not correcting him, instead of suggesting that it might be useful to fix it.

[It’s not right when your boss requires you to fix this process, but this is about the only change in the way.]
