Retrieving a username from a service

I have a service that I had to run for a local administrator to install. Providing this service for logging in when a user registers or writes his username. I finally found some WMI code that I thought would work, but it still returns an admin. Why is this not working?

To clarify my question, I get access to a registered user, but he returns me the Adminstrator account that I used to install the service.
