How to get popular pages using Facebook API?

I just introduced a new Facebook comment plugin. How can I easily get a list of the most popular pages on my site that have the most comments? I do not want to use the Graph API and request each page individually and look for the number of comments for each page.

There is a “bug” in the documentation stating that it is currently not possible to find out which popular URLs in your domain are through FQL or the Graph API. I do not think so, since the FB claims that the API is more robust than a toolbar.
