We have a simple WCF service (on .NET 4.0) that uses authentication Windows, and it is included in the IIS 7 authentication function. This works with the same settings and the same configuration on two servers, but returns with an error on one of the servers Security settings for this service require Windows Authentication but it is not enabled for the IIS application that hosts this service.. I checked everything possible on the website and tried all the options, such as disabling other authentication mechanisms, etc. Nothing is working. Can anyone point out what could be the problem. Again, the identical settings on the two servers work fine on the third server, it has a problem.
