Javascript standalone layout engine?

Assuming I got HTML content from a website (which I have no control over), and that content contains a lot of Javascript code, which is a significant part of what is actually displayed by the linking engine (e.g. WebView).

Is there any way to do this on my own?

For example, as a last resort, suppose I visit a website that has almost nothing, but displays very rich TEXT content through many Javascript functions (which obviously leads to HTML).

How to get / read HTML result?

I want to do this only on Android.
