Make phone applications on all operating systems

Write a deployment time on Windows Mobile 6, Windows Phone 7, Android and iPhone?

Currently, I have created 2 simple apps for iphone and 1 for windows phone. When I set out to promote these applications, they usually ... well, you have it for Android or BlackBerry or something else.

Do I need to rewrite my applications in each environment so that they are compatible on all operating systems? Are there any tools that solve this, or do you guys just recreate the application in eclipse, xcode, visual studio, etc.?

Complex applications should usually be created using the native environment.
