TFS web interface

We are currently trying to find new bug tracking and integration software, and we have watched FogBugz, Jira and TFS. My question is about TFS.

I did some research and found that TFS has “Power Tools” in which non-IT users can log in and get some information, but all the examples and tools that I found do not really give them such an interface that other bug tracking software provides such estimates, complete reports by hours, P & L, Bugs Released, When A feature will be completed. For example, Fogbugz has a function that will predict when a function will live in past evaluations, is there a way to get such functionality from TFS? Or any of the above features in the web interface?
