Use Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OleDB Providerinstead Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE Db providerin the connection string.

If you do not have Acccess 2007 or 2010 on your computer, you can download the Redistributable Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010
