How to use Magento ORM for the inner join between my user table and magenta table?

I need to make an internal join between my user table and one of the Magento entity tables. How can I do this using the Magento ORM model?

Read the official API documentation and view methods joinTable, joinFieldand joinAttribute.

The following is an example of joining tables related to the Orders collection:

$this->_orders = Mage::getResourceModel('sales/order_collection')
